This stately custom real estate kit in a 3-sided tray with a 3-panel folder style box was created with Century 21 Real Estate as a special homebuyer promotion for their sales team.

Real Estate leader Century 21 is one of the Real Estate industries most respected and recognized brands with  7,000 independently owned offices worldwide, and they strongly believe in quality customer experience and satisfaction.  Creating a specialized homebuyers kit that was presented at closing, takes that special experience to a whole other level.

Inside revealed a 3-sided tray that made it an easy task to slip in all documents and items for closing, along with an iPad loaded with property information, documentation and collateral in one beautiful package. The inside cover panel provided a secure holder for their agents business card because the relationship doesn’t end even when the last box is unpacked.  They wanted a unique ultimate thank you to important clients.

Wrapped in black and white Skivertex from Neenah paper, the cover and vellum insert sheet were decorated with both silk screen printing and foil stamping to create a continuous look.
