Box of the Month: FlutterHabit Travel Case
Can exacting standards and attention to detail coexist with fun and fabulous? They can if you're talking about FlutterHabit. Founded by Kasey Jackson in 2019, FlutterHabit is the result of one woman's quest to create the perfect lashes. Ultra-lightweight and designed for extended wear, these lashes make glamour and luxury accessible for everyone. Their products have grown virally on social media, amassing hundreds of thousands of customers worldwide.
And now customers can take this gorgeousness on the go, thanks to Kasey's commitment to customer service. "Our lashes sell in sets of 6 pairs, so the boxes are rather large". "We wanted to create something that made it easy for our customers to take their lashes while traveling."
Kasey and FlutterHabit's chief creative officer, Rachel Secka, approached Taylor Box to develop a luxurious and ethically made travel case. This case would allow customers to bring their "backup FlutterHabit with them, including space for two pairs of lashes, adhesive, and tools in a durable, vegan & cruelty-free case."
The FlutterHabit luxury travel case combines materials from numerous sources. Newman & Co. supplied chipboard for the base, lid, and neck tray, that were wrapped in Skivertex kidskin. The coated and wipeable material conveys the look and feel of leather in a durable and affordable manner. Rochester Magnet supplied the case closures, the insert board came from A.J.Schrafel, and the lid and flocking for the insert and liner came from Ecological Fibers, Inc.
FlutterHabit informed Pusterla US that their customers have been using the luxury travel case for months, and they still look brand new! Rachel from Flutterhabit added, "we were able to find a coated paper finish that feels exactly like leather, and when paired with the gold foil-stamping, it completed the luxurious look for this travel case. Victoria, our Project Manager, was a dream to work with on this project. The quality of the travel cases is amazing, and there are not many companies with this level of customer service. Pusterla exceeded our expectations!"
These limited-edition cases were so popular that they have since sold out. Flutterhabit is considering doing production again in the future.
